With 1 Plate The fossil Charophyta collected by Messrs. T. K. Huang, C. C. Young, Y. C. Cheng and T. C. Chow from near Kucha, S Sinkiang, consist of a very large number of calcified oogonia and a few fragments of undeterminable vegetative parts. The
