Abstract:Objectives: In order to reasonably determine the control degree of the exploration of copper deposits and provide a basis for the revision of the specifications for copper mineral exploration, the author have collected a large number of exploration and development data of copper deposits and conducted a comparative study on exploration and mining.Methods: Contrastive analysis of prospection and exploitation.Results: The copper deposit exploration engineering spacing slants spare in the current specifications for copper, lead, zinc, silver, nickeland molybdenum miaeral exploration(DZ/T 02142002),it need appropriate adjustments.Conclusions:We suggest that the exploration engineering spacing of the first type remain unchanged; the exploration engineering spacing of the second type is adjusted for 80~100m×60~100m, the exploration engineering spacing of the third type is adjusted for 40~ 60 m×40~60 m, the small copper deposit exploration types were identified as the third type.
