Soil environment is a major constituent of human ecological environment. In the paper, by a contrast of the characteristic parameters of element contents in soil layers A and B and evaluation of the distribution characteristics of environment geochemistry, the anomaly characteristics and the environmental capacity conditions of soil, the authors conclude that the soil environment conditions are good as a whole. But soil pollution has already started from the urban areas and extended to the rural areas. The organic and trace elements which are needed by crops are seriously depleted. So, it is urgent to protect and improve the soil environment.
