    准噶尔盆地石钱滩凹陷石钱滩组发育上、下两段地化特征差异明显的烃源岩和存在两种不同类型的天然气,本文基于石钱滩组上、下段烃源岩有机碳、热解、碳同位素以及生物标志化合物和天然气组分、碳同位素,对比分析了两段烃源岩的沉积环境、母质来源和成熟度特征,明确了石钱滩凹陷石炭系天然气的成因及成藏特征。结果表明,石钱滩组下段烃源岩较上段烃源岩品质更好,以生油/气为主,上段烃源岩以生气为主,较下段烃源岩陆源有机质输入占比更大;成熟度较低的腐殖型天然气来自于石钱滩组上段烃源岩,成熟度较高的腐泥型天然气主要来自于石钱滩组下段烃源岩;优质烃源岩既提供了丰富的天然气资源,而且控制着天然气的分布范围,与源岩临近的有利砂体为天然气大量聚集的场所。该认识对于凹陷中心至斜坡区不同类型天然气的针对勘探具有一定的理论指导意义。

    Abstract:

    The Shiqiantan Formation in the Shiqiantan sag is characterized by distinct geochemical differences between the upper and lower sections of source rocks, as well as the presence of two different types of natural gas. Based on analyses of total organic carbon (TOC), Rock- Eval pyrolysis, carbon isotopes, biomarker compounds, and natural gas composition and carbon isotopes of the upper and lower sections of the Shiqiantan Formation, this article compares and analyzes the sedimentary environment, parent material sources, and maturity characteristics of the two sections of source rocks. Our objective is to clarify the genesis and reservoir characteristics of the Carboniferous natural gas in the Shiqiantan sag. Results indicate that the lower source rocks of the Shiqiantan Formation possess higher quality and greater oil/gas generation potential compared to the upper section. The upper source rocks are mainly gas- prone with a greater contribution from terrestrial organic matter. Correspondingly, two types of humic natural gas were identified: a lower- maturity gas originating from the upper hydrocarbon source rocks, and a higher- maturity gas sourced mainly from the lower hydrocarbon source rocks. This research demonstrates that high- quality source rocks not only provide abundant natural gas resources but also control the spatial distribution of gas accumulations. Favorable sandstone bodies adjacent to these source rocks are major zones for significant natural gas accumulation. This understanding provides valuable theoretical guidance for exploring different natural types across the sag, from the central depression to the slope area.
