    Abstract:

Mineral resources exploitation not only promotes the rapid development of local economy, but also has a serious impact on the regional land resources and environment. In this paper, it focuses on the correlation degree between land resources damage caused by mining and different influencing factors and the importance of each factor, and establishes the discriminant formula of mine land resources damage with main influencing factors as parameters, which based on grey entropy theory and principal component analysis. Methods: Firstly, a field investigation is carried out on the mining situation of a granite mine in Dunhuang, Gansu Province, and the investigation data are summarized and sorted out. Secondly, Secondly, based on the field survey data, the main influencing factors and correlation degree of open- pit mining activities on land resources damage are analyzed by using grey entropy theory. Finally, a prediction model of the impact of open- pit mining on land resources is established based on principal component analysis. Results: The results show that the mining pit has the most significant impact on the land resources in the mining area, the impact of ore pile and slag pile is close and more significant, the impact of stripped topsoil pile and buildings in the mining area is close and less, and the impact of mine road is the least. An impact prediction model of open- pit mining on land resources is established based on the main influencing factors of open- pit mining excavation loss and land occupation. Conclusions: In the process of mining resources, the excavation area of the pit shall be strictly controlled and a reasonable excavation scheme shall be formulated. The model can provide reference for predicting and evaluating the impact of mining activities on land resources in similar areas.
