Abstract:Epithermal Au(CuAg) deposits occur largely in volcanoplutonic arcs associa ted with volcanism and subvolcanism, with ages similar to volcanic activity. Two en dmember styles of epithermal Au(CuAg) deposits, high sulfidation and low s ulf idation, have been identified. Based on research, these two deposit styles are f ormed from fluid system of distinctly different chemical composition in contrast ing volcanic environment. Mineralizing age of Epithermal Au(CuAg) deposits i n east China are relatively old than other countries, and mainly bercciapipe typ e and porphyry type.
