In order to commend a group of female geological scientific and technological workers who have made outstanding achievements and contributions in China's geological work, and to present a gift to the Chinese Geological Society for its centenary of establishment, the Society launched the application and recommendation of the Third Excellent Female Geological Scientific and Technological Worker Award on February 22, 2022. Recently, the Society held the third evaluation meeting of the Excellent Female Geological Scientist Award. After the meeting, the review results were publicized on the website of Geological Society of China for 5 working days, and no objection was received during the publicity. The selection results of the Third Excellent Female Geological Scientist Award (see the attachment for the list of winners) are hereby announced.
