    地带性人群砷中毒主要发生在高砷背景地质体或矿床附近及下游平坦低洼地域垢居民区,是受人为活动影响的自然环境现象。人类的矿业活动是激活砷等有害重金属元素迁移能力的重要因素,水是最主要的传输媒介,其迁移转化受地球化学规律和当地水文动态所支配。研究中应重视与砷地球化学习性相似的其他重金属元素与砷一起对人体的联合作用,以及兼顾不同价态砷各自的生物化学效应。

    Abstract:

    It is demonstrated that arseniasis in some zones in the Earth is an environmental phenomenon, which is affected by human activity. Such poisoning takes place mainly in residential areas near high-arsenic geological bodies, mineral deposits or in the lower reaches of the rivers passed them. Human activity in mining industry is an important active medium for the immigration of dangerous elements. Water is the most important conveying medium for arsenic. Its removal and changing are affected by the geochemical law and local hydrological state. The elements similar to arsenic in geochemical habits should be paid attention to, especially their joint actions and biochemical effects of valences of arsenic in human bodies.
