The paper discusses the features of geological ages ,rocks association sequ ence,REE elements and trace elements for the Meosoic bimodal volcanic rocks in S outh Jiangxi and North Guangdogn. The paper considers the Meosoic bimodal volcan ic rocks form in intraplate environment .The midbasic volcanic rocks and mid ac idic volcanic rocks do not come from the same magma chamber. The former proceeds from the upper melting mantle and the later the lower melting earth crust.
