    Abstract:

Recently many developing wells in Jiaoshiba area obtain natural gas with high yields after Well JY1 testing commercial gas flow with high yield in Longmaxi Shales and realized the strategic breakthrough of marine shale gas exploration in southern China, which shows great prospects of marine shale gas exploration in Sichuan Basin. According to the probes and studies on drilling data and testing and experimental data of lithologies , organic geochemicals, mineral contents of rocks, geophysical properties, reservoirs types, structural features of micro-pores, gas contents and gas yields, pressures, the article explores and suppose the rules of TWO FACTORS ENRICHIMENT of marine shale gas in complex structural area, that is the shales with abundant organic is the bases to enrich shale gas, favorable preservation conditions is the key to obtain high yields , fractures , pores and pressures guarantee the shale gas enrichment and high yields. The article has important meanings to guide and enlighten marine shale gas exploration and development with high efficiency in southern China.
