    Abstract:

The Lengshuikeng ore field in Jiangxi Province is one of the most important Ag-Pb-Zn deposits in northern Wuyi Mountains, China. It’s a typical porphyry Ag-Pb-Zn deposit in the world, as well as volcanic sedimentary-hydrothermal reworked deposit are quite unique and rare, and therefore worthy of detailed research. Mineralization age from 40Ar/39Ar age of sericite is consistent with the emplacement age of ~ 162-155Ma from the ore-bearing porphyry, indicating that the deposit formed on early stage of mineralization age. Rb-Sr dating of sphalerite yielded an isochron age of 126.9±7.1Ma, which represents the late stage of mineralization age. The Lengshuikeng deposit is not only restricted by the tectonic regime transformation of the intra-continental setting in Eastern China, but also affected on long-term and multiple stage mineralizations.
