Through analysis of the basic geological and geochemical data of gold deposits in east Hebei province and west Liaoning province, based on the factors of regional tectonic evolution, metallogenic time and the mineral spatial distribution, the study raise that the Ore-forming materials of the gold deposits in the two region have the same resources. The different structure backgrounds resulted in the different types and spatial distribution of the gold deposits. The study put forward that Yan liao crack trapped slot were structures of ore housing and the evolution of gold deposits experience 5 periods: 1) the collision period of the land to land (4.5～1.85Ga), 2) the deposit period of the rift（1.85～0.6Ga）; 3) the lift period of the Orogenic extrusion（200～145Ma）, 4) the transform period the structures of the deposits（145～100Ma） and 5) the transform period the deposits。
