    Abstract:

In this paper we discussed the isotopic composition of C, H, O and S of the ore and the characteristics of fluid inclusion systematically in base of the study on the feature of Dadonggou Pb-Zn ore deposit. It was formed in the intermittent period of volcanic-activities, and controlled by NW-trending faults, volcanic-sedimentary basins, hydrothermal fluid and eruption centers. the orebody occurrence is as same as the strata with obvious laminated bedding structure and the host rock of Dadonggou deposit is volcanic-sedimentary rock of Lower Devonian Kangbutiebao Formation, The ore composition of Dadonggou deposit is relatively simple, i.e, galena, sphalerite, pyrite, magnetite and the ore is rich in pyrite and there are more zinc- bearing minerals than lead-bearing minerals. The ore deposit was suffured from regional metamorphim and hydrothermal fluid alteration. Wall-rock alteration is well developed, and skarnization was closely related to Pb-Zn mineralization. The 34SV-PDB value of the ore ranges from -22.3‰ to 11.7‰,and 13CV-PDB value of calcite rang from -4.2‰ to 0.4‰. According to calculation result, the 18OH2Ovalue of quartz ranges from -11.4‰ to 8.4‰.It is suggested that the ore-forming fluid was mainly derived from mixture fluid of meteoric water with magma water., and the deposit belong to a volcanic-sedimentary hosted massive slfide deposit.
