Abstract:Through well drilling, logging, core analysis, testing data, mining oil and production data, this study summarizes the factors influencing in the petroliferous properties of the Chang-82 reservoir in the Chi 46 area of Jiyuan oilfield, Ordos Basin in combination with structural characteristics. Our study suggests that structures have little impact on the petroliferous properties of the Chang-82 reservoir and the distribution of sedimentary facies and sand bodies has good relationship with oil-bearing properties. Development and continuation of sedimentary facies and sand bodies, controlled by deposition, are still the leading factor for petroliferous properties. Physical properties and diagenesis also put great influence on the distribution of oil and gas; the interlayers, which control transport and preservation for oil and gas, are not only important reservoir cap rock during the formation but hinder oil and gas migration process, imposing some impact on oil-bearing properties of reservoirs. The our result indicates that major factors in the Chang 82 reservoir oil are deposition and heterogeneity, with effect of structure and digenesis on the petroliferous properties in local areas. Systematic study on the factors influencing the oil reservoir in the study area is of some referential significance for future reservoir evaluation and prediction in the oil- and gas-enriched regions and surrounding areas as well as reasonable exploration planning.
