The materials described in the present paper were collected by Mr. F. H. Chia from the Shihniulan limestone at Kingchikou near Sankengssu, about 25 km NE of the Wuchuan city, NE Kueichou. Three species of Petalocrinus are identified, namely, Petalocrinus inferior Bather, P. inflatus sp. nov., and P. chiai sp. nov. All of them are only represented by arm-fans. The genus is not uncommon in the Silurian strata of China, but it is not yet described heretofore.
